fOOd tO gO

Alright... I'm suppose to be doing paperwork but I am just knackered...
The brain is on slow mode so I thought I'd Update some more heHe..
I'm skipping lunch so Lets talk about food shall we?!
(Not like you have any choice in the matter HaHa....)

Food should be simple and good to go.
With our hectic day to day chores that coincides with our jam-packed daily activities!
I.e. when you're feeling lazy... not wanting to make a fuss.

Here's a few tips from when I was in Uni... *sigh*
(Those were the days... *Daydream*)
Ok ok lets start

Nutritious Breakfast
(that'll keep you going even past mid day :D)

Simple really! Takes just under 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients: Eggs, Bread, Orange Juice and Seasoning.
(how could anything else be less simple?! )

Directions:

Toast the bread : 1 min
(If you haven't got a toaster simply dry fry it on the frying pan i.e. no oil nor butter)

Cook eggs : 2-3 mins
(which ever way you like it, poached/scrambled/sunny-side-up/Bla-Bla personnally I prefer scrambled in the wee mornings)

Season the eggs, butter the toast and pour out the orange juice : 1 min
Absolutely delish!

Energising Lunch
(To replenish the growling tummy)

Takes 10-15 mins

Ingredients: Potatoes, Boneless Chicken breast, Fresh tomatoes, Capsicum, Lime, Garlic, Chicken stock, Seasoning and Ice COld Water.
(You did say you wanna lose a bit around the waist so no rice heHe)

Directions:

Wash and puncture the potatoe's skin with a fork : 20 Sec
(Do NOT forget to do this otherwise expect a Big BANG!!)

Pop it in the microwave for five minutes on highest power
(The easiest and quickest way to cook those spuds, by the time you finish cooking the rest of the ingredients you'll have nice hot potatoes yum!)

Chop up the tomatoes and Capsicum : 30 sec
(Don't try to keep with the allocated time, you might cut more than you intended heHe)

Bash the Garlic : 30 sec

Fry chicken breast with a few drops of oil and a lil knob of butter : 5-6 mins

Once cooked season with salt and pepper : 5 sec

Put aside the chicken and using the same pan, add in all the rest of the ingredients
tomatoes, Capsicum, garlic, chiken stock and the lime juice.

Once the gravy starts to thicken, take it off the heat and simply
pour it atop the nicely prepared chicken.
Season once more.
Time : 2 mins

Take the potatoes out of the microwave. This is the best part! you could either make it into mash or simply jacket :)

if you want mash:
Cut through the spud. using a spoon mash it up! It'll be nice and steamy and the skin is easily removed. I'd season the mash with black pepper and salt. Milk will make the mash smoother and if you wish to add zing to it my trick would be mayonaise! not too much just a little bit to taste. mash it all up and you get a great tasting mash!!
Time : 3 mins

For jackets:
Keep the skin on and just cut the sput into four segments without cutting it through.
The trick is to dash a bit of shredded cheddar cheese whilst its piping hot.
Time : 1 min
YUmmm! I'm Salavating haHAhah
The Ice Cold water you ask?! Well after all that work you'll need one! He He He

DeLectable Dinner
(you are gonna love this one!!)

Preparation time : 1 hour or more

Directions :

Call up the friends! Or take the family
out to dinner in your desired reStraurant!!!

HahaHA
Why it takes an hour or more?! Isn't that the time it takes us girls to get ready?! HeHeh

Always read the small print!
Time varies accordingly to climate and cooking utilities
This is to avoid Law Suits
Hahahahhahha
