FoOd... gLoriOuS fOoD

hEaLth Tip!

Ok liSten to this..
The perfect way to losing weight without having to run a 1000km marathon
or starving yourself to the brink of malnutrition!!

The anSwer iS in a bowL of SalaD

Before you all go eRrrkKk on me..
The trick is to piLe on the fresh crunchy greens twice or
even three times more than the porTion oF either lightly grilled beef
or chiken pieces
(yes you heard me, not just simply greens you get to eat meat!!)
To add ZinG to it, put in bits of crutons too!
(Crutons are pieces of crunchy breadcrumbs)
For the dressing.. you must remember that less is more!
Which means the less you add the more you can actually taste your food!
Too Much Dressing is just So Wrong...
Picture eating mouthful of grease!! Cos that is what it'll end up being!!
Fatty Grease lining beneath your skin....
Have it For lunch and dinNer...
Mark my words you'll actually feel the pounds dropping!!
(provided you dont snack between meals and eat an average person portion for one)
For breakfast have a bowl of cereal with non-fat milk ;)
